2. Hosting and access logs
The hosting provider is Astraform Limited, Unit 15, 18/F, W212, No. 212 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. The VPS and its backups are hosted in the Netherlands.
For website operation and security, the web server processes access-log data, including IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser/user-agent and HTTP status. The current server configuration rotates these logs daily and retains them for up to 15 days.
The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
3. B2B enquiries
If you contact us using the contact form or by email, we process your name, company, email address, delivery country and the product and enquiry details you provide to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); where applicable, processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Form enquiries are sent through our webserver to info@shungite.at. We also use your email address to send an automatic acknowledgement of your form enquiry. We use the easyname email service for email communications; access is limited to authorised persons. IP addresses and technical verification data are processed temporarily to prevent abuse. The form service does not permanently store enquiry contents on the webserver.
Enquiry data are deleted 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless statutory retention obligations or further contract performance require otherwise.
4. Cookies, fonts and analytics
Website fonts are served locally from this server. The website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact info@shungite.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
